| We bought a bed for my mom without her being there (she has mobility problems) and when she has slept on it for a few nights, she told me she didn't like it because it was too hard. I don't like complaining, but I went back to the store and told them what was going on and they were more than willing to help us out. They showed us some softer models and were very nice the whole time. My mom got the Doctors Choice plush model and she loves it. Denver Mattress definitely makes a good bed and goes above and beyond in great customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone. |
