Lots of people would imagine that one door handle is pretty much like the next one but that couldn't be more wrong. Some have a lever type action to open, using a spring return when you let go. Others must be rotated to disengage the latch and therefore open the door. Then you've got the fixed type - usually located on a cupboard door where you simply grab the handle and pull the door open without turning it or pressing it. Whether it be a handle for your domestic front door, to open and shut a bathroom door or one for commercial purposes you can be sure there'll be an enormous collection of designs from which to choose.
