| I have been a Mortgage Broker for 28 years, started back with Great Western Bank. Became a Realtor/Broker 7 years ago after I realized that I was doing all the transaction structuring for the agents. After being involved in over 10,000 sales transactions, I have the knowledge and lending expertise to price, list, and close sales. I have been involved in appraisals, Flipping houses,(over 15 of my own), development of raw land and entitlement, rehabbing and HUD home purchasing, mortgage loans, private funds(hard money) and almost all types of Real Estate. |
