My journey in Thailand began in 1997, when I relocated from the Netherlands and launched Samasara, a high-end pub & grill on Pattaya Beach Road. The venture quickly gained local acclaim and within two years was acquired by Pizza Hut, marking a successful exit and setting the tone for my entrepreneurial path in Southeast Asia.
In 2003, I transitioned into the property sector and founded Town & Country Property, driven by a desire to bring transparency, integrity, and client-centric service to Thailand’s real estate market. Starting with a modest portfolio and a reputation for personal service, the agency grew into one of Pattaya’s most respected firms, catering to both domestic and international investors.
