We have a food prep area in the back room where we create our amazing dips and spreads, like Sprouted Hummus, Cilantro Pesto, and Sunflower Pepper Pate. Water Kefir, Kombucha and Elixirs are also a part of our daily fare. We bake our Gluten Free treats in the Community Kitchen here at The Victoria Public Market, in The Hudson District, Downtown Victoria.
