The TOT Spot is a tethered oral tissues treatment center in Simpsonville, SC located within the Greenville metro area. Lead by Dr. Ann Bynum, the center focuses on properly diagnosing tongue & lip ties and providing CO2 laser surgery to quickly and painlessly release ties. We can provide treatment of tongue & lip ties for all ages. Our laser solution even enables newborns to feed immediately after the treatment and can be done as soon as the newborn leaves the hospital. Our technique eliminates the need for a traditional scalpel, scissors, sutures or anesthesia in infant frenectomy cases (older patients may need local anesthesia).
