I founded The Connected Self Therapy, which can be found at theconnectedselftherapy.com, because we all need a place where we feel safe, heard and empowered to talk about the things that matter to us. Somewhere, you can talk about everything from unhelpful patterns of behaviour, anxiety, and trauma to feeling stuck. As a Counsellor, NLP and Hypnotherapy practitioner, I’m here to provide a space just for you, where you can be vulnerable and explore what is happening in your life to enable you to build a secure sense of self that supports you through any life transitions. Working within both the counselling and coaching sector provides me with the skills to tailor sessions to your needs. As counselling can focus on working through your past and building your emotional and mental resilience whilst coaching can help you build the future you have always wanted, by identifying and achieving your goals. Prior to working as a Therapist, I managed an Advice team within a Domestic Abuse project I also managed a Mental Health charity and have a deep understanding of the struggles that someone can face when dealing with anxiety and depression. My intention as a therapist is for you to truly be yourself and thrive.
