Whenever anyone asks me what kind of food I am in the mood for, Thai food doesn't necessarily come to mind. That may have changed now that I have experienced the cuisine of Thailand brought to life at Thai Kitchen in south Bethlehem. Thai Kitchen has been turning out classics such as Larb, Pad Thai and Duck Panang for more than a decade, and Naris Meejinda and his father Withaya bought the restaurant about six months ago.
