A retail and commercial real estate consulting professional, Teresa Bailey-Weirich possesses extensive experience in areas of asset and project management, retail strategy, and market planning. Teresa Bailey-Weirich has held leadership and executive officer positions with several of the nation’s largest institutional banks, including Key Bank and Wachovia Bank, and presently functions as senior vice president and senior director of market planning for another major financial institution.
Teresa Bailey-Weirich also has worked with JPMorgan Chase Bank as senior vice president and project and asset manager within the Corporate Real Estate and Market and Facilities Planning Groups. Over the course of her award-winning career, she has engaged with a number of Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 businesses, particularly those interested in multi-property and mixed-use projects.
Teresa Bailey-Weirich studied industrial technology at the University of Houston. She has subsequently completed additional relevant studies, including coursework in areas of risk management and property management law. She holds Building Owners and Managers Institute certifications as a Real Property Administrator and Facilities Management Administrator. She also attends industry events, including the International Council of Shopping Centers convention.
