How We Got Started

Taylor Verner began photographing children in schools for yearbooks (no- not that terrible ''school picture'' headshots! The colorful, expressive images that make up the rest of the book!). Her love for telling children's stories led her outside of the school to their families.

Favorite Part of the Business

Working directly with children and their families. Many photographers shy away from kids, but they are the most amazing beautiful subjects. They experience the world with their whole hearts and each session is a surprise from beginning to end. I find myself inspired with each family and no two sessions are the same.
