| The Splendido’s dining room includes a variety of table sizes and shapes for a dynamic setting. Alisa and her team can work closely with local florists to create a special look for your wedding event.
Groups of all sizes can be accommodated, from an intimate gathering of 20 people to a robust event with 160 guests. Customized menus can be as simple as three courses or as intricate as a chef’s tasting menu.
Private dining in the sun room can accommodate up to 48 people for a plated dinner event, with the option to include a cocktail reception in the lounge. These areas can also be utilized for large party cocktail receptions or smaller business meetings. |

| How We Got Started |
| Chef David Walford owned and operated Beaver Creek’s Splendido for 21 years, and in 2016 Ackerman took the helm. His cooking experience began at the Culinary Institute of America and continued under notable national chefs and several well-respected local restaurants. From kitchen to table, Ackerman leads a team of truly passionate professionals who make every guest’s meal one to remember. |
