Our mission is to not only create a comfortable place for you to curl up on the couch, sip green tea, and feel at home during your sessions, workshops or treatments but, we strive to give each and every one of our clients the time they deserve to express their health concerns. No clocks are ticking nor will you feel rushed as we remove ourselves from the city clinic setting and offer you a different type of whole body wellness experience.

| How I Got Started |
| Our vision started in 2000 with the opening of By The Lake Spa and Wellness Center in the Kawartha Lakes. A unique retreat nestled in a quiet bay on Lake Scugog. Our dream lives on with our second wellness center in Shanty Bay where we have reconstructed a 130 year old century home with a 'Green Living Design'.

Our setting is comfortable and not sterile. We have been honored with many awards for our green initiatives and pride ourselves in our holistic and organic materials that we used to design our tranquil center. |
