Dr. Robert Morey, the Executive Director of Faith Defenders, continues to enjoy a reputation as one of the foremost authorities on Christian apologetics and the Bible. Since converting to Christianity as a teenager, Dr. Morey has lectured at colleges and religious institutions around the globe and shared his insights on numerous popular television and radio shows. Dr. Robert Morey draws on this varied experience, as well as his formal education, to offer book reviews, analytical articles, and other sources of information to followers of Faith Defenders. After being baptized at Calvary Baptist Church under Dr. Stephen Olford, at the age of 16 Robert Morey began studying Greek and Hebrew at American Board of Missions to the Jews and apologetics under Dr. Walter Martin. He was also trained in street preaching by the American leader of Open Air Campaigners. He continued evangelistic work while attending college, helping youth with drug abuse problems through Teen Challenge and the McCauley Rescue Mission. After graduating from college with a degree in philosophy and then earning a Masters in Theology and two doctorates, Dr. Robert Morey has traveled internationally lecturing in 42 countries. In 1974 he wrote his first book, The Bible and Drug Abuse. He has since written 58 books that cover topics such as the Trinity, Islam, the afterlife, Christianity and college, astrology, reincarnation, etc. His works have been translated into nine languages, among them Norwegian, German
