Rand Golletz is a retired insurance executive, business development strategist, and author with over 30 years of professional experience. Once the youngest CIGNA-affiliated officer, Rand Golletz led distribution as well as sales and brand management functions in a variety of roles for insurance agencies in the Northeast United States.
Rand Golletz most recently served as CEO of Liberty Mutual subsidiary Montgomery Insurance Companies. He also previously held positions such as chief marketing officer and senior vice president of the Hartford Insurance Group as well as COO of Pennsylvania National Insurance Group.
In 1982, Rand Golletz established a leadership development firm, in which he helped corporations excel in various business functions, from marketing to succession planning. His business success philosophy stresses the importance of dialogue, effective delegation, and success as a matter of choice. His theories and practices are outlined in his two published books, Consensus Is Not Kumbaya and Stepping Stones to Success.
An avid sports fan, he admires the leadership styles of successful coaches such as Steve Kerr, Nick Saban, and Pete Carroll.
