P.U.R.E. Excellence is an educator training and professional development organization serving Concord, Cabarrus County, and surrounding North Carolina communities. We provide social-emotional learning (SEL), classroom behavior strategies, trauma-informed practices, and educator wellness support.

Our programs support new teachers, substitute teachers, support staff, and school administrators through workshops, coaching, and on-site training. We also operate Cabarrus Teachers on Call, providing substitute teacher training and staffing support for local schools. Our mission is to empower educators with practical tools that create safe, inclusive, and emotionally responsive classrooms.
