We welcome you to Premier Vision! Premier Vision of Dallas is a new optometric office located in the heart of Addison, TX right on the Dallas North Tollway. We offer a full service optical, contact lens services, and comprehensive eye care. Premier Vision of Dallas accepts many major medical and vision insurance plans, and we are pleased to work with patients to maximize their benefits. Dr. Karen Allen is a Therapeutic Optometrist and optometric glaucoma specialist, which means she can treat eye problems like pink eye and styes, dry eye and glaucoma as well as providing precise and clear prescriptions for glasses and contacts. She grew up in Carrollton, and then went to Texas A&M University before receiving her optometric degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry. She returned to the Dallas area in 2001, and began practicing optometry. She has practiced in many different settings, from the VA clinic to a large LASIK center, in large private practices and small offices next to national optical chains. Dr. Allen started Premier Vision of Dallas in order to bring all the good ideas from these different practices together to offer a patient centered experience to residents here
