An experienced business leader and public policy expert, Pilar O'Leary has performed extensive work with Latin American and U.S. Latino organizations in both the private and public sectors. She laid the groundwork for her successful career as an undergraduate student of languages and linguistics at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. There, she was a member of the Pi Delta Phi National French Honor Society and earned a Certificat du Commerce et d'Industrie de Paris for which she earned an honorable mention. After graduating with a double major in Western European studies and French, Pilar O'Leary earned her juris doctor from Washington, DC’s Georgetown University Law Center. Her accomplishments at Georgetown include serving as president of the Latino Law Students Association (La Alianza del Derecho) and participating in the United Nations' competitive International Legal Internship Program. She worked at organizations such as Goldman, Sachs, JPMorgan and Fannie Mae.
Currently an international consultant with expertise in Latin America and U.S. Latino communities, Pilar Frank O'Leary currently provides strategic advice to the International Women's Media Foundation, a Washington-based organization that is dedicated to supporting female journalists around the world.
