An experienced educator based in New York, Peter Bogolub began preparing for his career as a student at the University of Florida in Gainesville, where he earned a bachelor of arts in history with a minor in secondary education. After gaining professional experience as an elementary science teacher in the Bronx, New York, he returned to pursue further studies at the City University of New York’s City College to receive a master of arts in secondary education with a focus on history. At present, Peter Bogolub continues to advance his professional knowledge with the Center for Integrated Teacher Education in Yonkers, where he expects to graduate with a certificate in administration.
At present, Peter Bogolub expresses his training and expertise as a social studies teacher with the Leadership and Public Service High School in Manhattan, where he teaches subjects including philosophy and serves as a coordinator for the school’s ESL efforts. Previously, he taught social studies with the Brooklyn Preparatory High School and with the Urban Assembly School of Music and Arts.
