The 50 percent-occupied property has benefited from recent upgrades and completion of a nearby bridge project.
PCCP also has recently arranged a $36 million senior loan for a Chicago-area commercial property refinancing project and created a joint venture in order to acquire a Walnut Creek, California, office building.
