North Knox Siding & Windows was founded in 1996 by Michael Smith, a 20-year-old kid who’d just learned how to hang vinyl siding and decided he could do it better on his own. Three decades later, the shop is still on North Broadway, the name on the building is still his, and the way we work hasn’t changed much either.
