Eckerd College alumnus Nicholas Biase played intramural football and volleyball while attending the St. Petersburg, Florida school. After winning three intramural championships (two in football, one in volleyball), he graduated with a BA in business administration. During this period, Nicholas Biase also accepted a position as an account representative with Refco, a New York-based financial services organization. In this capacity, he served as a commodities broker and trader of sugar, oil, copper, and gold. Possessing a series 3 license, he managed investment portfolios and provided guidance on where to allocate funds.
After six years, Nicholas Biase joined Omabuild Corp. as its president and refocused his investment activities on real estate. Managing a large office and retail commercial building in the Plaza District, he oversees leasing operations and tenant needs. Additionally, Mr. Biase researches new investment opportunities in areas such as Miami, San Francisco, and Chicago in an effort to grow the company’s existing real estate portfolio.
