A resident of Greenville, SC, Michael Wolfe has more than 25 years of experience in leading and managing nonprofit and business organizations. As an area supervisor of Strong Communities with Clemson University, he wrote grants and oversaw fundraising efforts for the program, which matches at-risk children with volunteer families. Michael Wolfe also launched numerous new church projects in Greenville that became a community center serving many local families in need.
In addition to his work with nonprofit organizations, Pastor Wolfe has extensive experience teaching college. From 2003 to 2012, he held the position of adjunct professor at Erskine College and Seminary, where he researched national-level programs at Duke and Emory Universities, taught classes, and mentored students.
Dr. Wolfe earned a bachelor of arts from Wofford College and a PhD from the University of Virginia. He also completed a one-year leadership training course at Duke University’s Center for Business Leadership.
