Michael Intoccia is a native of Dedham, Massachusetts, where he attended Catholic Memorial High School while working in the family construction business. After graduation in 1985, Michael Intoccia started his own real estate development company, and he is proud to have built more than 1,000 homes for both budget and luxury-minded customers. A successful developer of many projects, Mr. Intoccia is now building 106 houses in Christina Estates, located in North Attleboro, Massachusetts. Custom homes will range from $500,000 to $800,000. On another development called Forge Estates in Raynham, Massachusetts, he is building 54 condos that will range from $350,000 to $450,000. Besides his residential real estate developments, Michael Intoccia has redeveloped the Ballymead Country Club into The Cape Club of Falmouth,the award-winning redesigned golf course. Mr. Intoccia is also now revamping the Sharon, Massachusetts, Spring Valley Country Club into The Cape Club of Sharon, which now boasts a new clubhouse. The second phase of the development will add a fitness facility and a brand new restaurant.
