Since earning my certification as a personal trainer, I have established a private training studio, managed my own gym, and have become a mobile trainer in 5 different gyms throughout Schuylkill County. I've branded myself a premier trainer trademarked by my logo. I have created training programs for all ages and fitness levels. My personal goals have accelerated my professional experiences in to my marketing and training. Some of my programming includes elite methods of endurance, strength, hypertrophy, circuit, and HIIT phases. Fitness testing, nutritional planning, and validating techniques are monitored throughout these monthly programs. Some of my personal achievements are running a Tough Mudder, 5K's, bodybuilding competitions, and experimenting with all niches of fitness. I aspire to be a fitness model and actor (action).
