Marc Quinlivan is a successful businessman, accomplished lawyer, and graduate of an Ivy League university. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Yale University before enrolling at Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1987. After earning his Juris Doctorate from the college, Quinlivan began his career as an attorney.
He joined the Chicago-based litigation firm of Bollinger, Ruberry & Garvey in 1992. It was there that Quinlivan tried cases relating to medical malpractice, tort litigation, and real estate, as both an Associate Attorney, and later, Partner. Quinlivan left the firm in 2000 to begin a new career in the world of business.
In June of 2000 he became the Executive Vice President at Spherion. Marc Quinlivan remained in the position for three years, before starting his own company, RDS, LLC, in 2003. As founder and Executive Vice President of RDS, LLC, Quinlivan oversaw the day-to-day operations of a company that provided legal support services, such as court reporting and records management, to law firms based in downtown Chicago.
In September of 2009, Quinlivan became the Managing Partner of Chicago Litigation Solutions. In his role with the company, Quinlivan provided litigation support services to Chicago-based law firms, while also managing the business side of the company.
Beyond his professional life, Quinlivan lends his time to charitable organizations like the Special Olympics. In 2007, his service as both a referee and coach earned him the Special Olympics
