| How We Got Started |
| Lynn McKinnon (daughter) and Laurie Massaglia (mother) opened Foundations School in 2004. Both are passionate about children and about business, and they knew they would be able to create a school that provided excellence to the students, while also providing a wonderful environment for teachers and parents. Lynn brought her experiences to non-traditional education into the philosophies at the school, merging traditional academics with experiential and movement based learning. |

| Parents with children at Foundations can expect to recieve excellent customer service in addition to an excellent program for their children. Foundations has five admin to work with families and children, which is double what most programs of similar size offer, because Foundations is so committed to providing a high level of support for teachers and parents. |
