| How We Got Started |
| After experiencing a debilitating injury in my previous business of fitness machine installation, I sought out a new profession. I have always been interested in diagnosing problems, fixing things and working with my hands. Appliance repair is a great opportunity to do all those things, with an added benefit of helping people. I began to study theory and best practices and take opportunities to fix appliances. For the first year and a half I was doing mostly sub-contracting for warranty companies but recently I have transitioned to working directly with customers. |
