Liberation Counseling and Consulting is a collective of feminist, anti-racist therapists in Tucson, AZ. We offer EMDR therapy, DBT, couples therapy, and neurodivergent-affirming care for BIPOC, 2SLGBTQIA+, and marginalized folx.

You never have to leave any part of yourself at the door here. We specialize in trauma recovery, racial identity, identity exploration, religious trauma, and the psychological toll of systemic oppression, for adults and teens. We offer free consultations and match you with the right therapist. In-person at our Tucson offices or online across Arizona.
