| The owner of the firm, Ms. Kerriann Sheppard, was a Lead Attorney at one of the nation's largest taxation law firms throughout the United States. After the company closed in May of 2011, Ms. Sheppard decided to establish a similar firm in order to continue assisting taxpayers throughout the United States in resolving their IRS tax problems. |

| The owner Ms. Kerriann Sheppard, obtained her Bachelors of Science Degree from Liberty University in 2006, and majored in Government with a concentration in Pre-Law. She then went on to attend law school at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law majoring in Corporate Law. In 2009, she graduated with a Juris Doctorate Degree. Ms. Sheppard then passed the bar in the State of California in 2009 and has been employed as a Taxation Attorney from that point on. |
