Very excited about the growth coming to the West Valley! Just attended a workshop with the planners from Avondale, Goodyear, Glendale and AZdot. They say 52% of the coming growth will be west of I-17! This is where all the land is, and I sell land (and homes too!) If you have land to sell call me now.
