Kate’s clients are mostly pedestrians, cyclists, and auto drivers who were injured by other drivers. Before changing her focus to help individuals, Kate prosecuted criminal cases as a deputy district attorney in Multnomah and Hood River counties. She has tried well over 40 jury trials, as well as many bench trials and arbitrations.
