An international real estate developer and senior business executive, John Infantino has experience with negotiating government transactions and facilitating contracts in both the public and private sectors. In the course of his career, he has worked with over 30 government agencies around the world, especially in Africa, Southeast Asia, and Eastern Europe. Domestically, he has assisted NASA development teams in exploring the use of the agency’s properties in Florida and California, and has assisted the Department of Defense in asset managing properties located throughout the United States. He also has consulted internationally with private firms on re-development of master planned and mixed use developments in the resort, bio-tech and residential sectors.
Recognized for his expertise, he has been called upon to speak in Europe and Asia on topics such as post financial crisis trends in domestic and international development in addition to community building in emerging markets. He has spent considerable time working in countries with challenged economic and social environments to improve the level of in-country infrastructure.
A graduate of Brown University, Mr. Infantino holds a bachelor of arts in urban studies and business. Outside of work, he has worked to assist communities in providing quality and affordable social housing to families in the former Soviet Union and in Africa.
