Drawing upon more than seven years of relevant experience, Dr. Joe Kwait is a California-based chiropractor with certification in both Graston Technique (GT) and Active Release Technique (ART). Primarily specializing in sports-injury rehabilitation and prevention, Dr. Joe Kwait has worked with Ironman competitors, Olympic weightlifters, professional dancers, and professional and amateur cyclists. He's also an avid CrossFit athlete himself, so he understands the requirements for peak physical performance. Dr. Joe Kwait has managed his own practice since 2011. In addition to GT and ART, he offers non-surgical laser therapy and functional rehabilitation practices to treat and prevent future injuries. He began his career as an associate director of regional operations for the pharmaceutical company Bristol-Myers Squibb, but later adopted a more holistic approach to pain management. Dr. Kwait is a magna cum laude graduate of Life Chiropractic College West and holds a bachelor's degree in business and biology from John Carroll University. He is currently completing post-doctoral studies in an effort to become a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician.
