Joseph Armetta earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Notre Dame and was a member of the school’s boxing team. He earned distinction as Notre Dame Middleweight Boxing Champion from 1990 to 1992. He was also recognized as Collegiate Marketing All-American for a corporate summer challenge three years running. From 2010 to 2013, Armetta was chief marketing officer with The Access Agency, LLC, in Santa Monica. He guided the boutique management and marketing agency focused on internationally prominent lifestyle, media, and celebrity brands. Among the celebrities that Joe Armetta directed social and traditional media campaigns for were NBA All-Star Carmelo Anthony and master chef Michael Mina.
