A versatile talent, James Yount exhibits talents that range from finance to film. In his professional life, he serves the financial services wholesaling industry and commands Series 7, Series 24, and Series 63 security licenses. Outside of his achievements crafting sustainable financial solutions, Jim Yount nurtures a love of film as an active contributor to the industry. He recently co-produced “Warrior,” a pending release starring Ashley Green and Kellan Lutz. Mr. Yount collaborated with several others to develop the story, a moving emotional narrative that centers on a young man coping with his military father’s death in Iraq and his path toward healing. Outside of engagements in these industries, Mr. Yount nurtures a host of other passions. An accomplished swimmer, James Yount proved to be a star of the swim team during his undergraduate education at Drury University. He served as captain for three years, during which the team competed at the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) National Championship. Jim Yount also secured a national record for the 200-meter freestyle while attending Drury University. Today, Mr. Yount remains physically active as a regular rock climber, runner, and weight lifter. In addition to his active lifestyle, Mr. Yount is enthusiastic about baking. He enjoys utilizing his late mother's recipes and relies on them to maintain beloved holiday traditions. He hopes to celebrate her life in this and other respects.
