IDEA Training Collaborative is a not-for-profit training centre based in Toronto, supplying compliance-focused, trauma-informed training for shelters, social services, and frontline workers throughout Canada. As the leading provider of Toronto Shelter Standards training and shelter requirements certification programs, we help City of Toronto-- financed and purchase-of-service shelters stay audit-ready, document-strong, and aligned with metropolitan needs.
