Since 2015, Dr. Helen K. Foster has served as Superintendent of Coalinga-Huron Unified School District in Coalinga, California. She has been involved in the education field for more than 20 years. Dr. Helen K. Foster started her career as a high school physics, chemistry, and physical science teacher at San Lorenzo Unified School District in San Lorenzo, California. As her experience and education in the field continued to advance, so did her career track. Dr. Helen K. Foster went on to serve as a Vice Principal and a Principal, and in various administrative roles in school districts across California before arriving at her current Superintendent position. Apart from her daily responsibilities as Superintendent of Coalinga-Huron Unified School District, Dr. Foster holds membership in a number of professional groups, such as the Association of California School Administrators, the National Association of Secondary School Principals, and the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development.
