An experienced administrator and negotiator who has excelled in both the public and private sectors, Hassan Enany holds a bachelor of science in economics and political science from Cairo University in Giza, Egypt. During his career as a public servant, he served three years with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and six years with the Saudi Arabian Embassy in London, England. Hassan Enany is also a successful business executive who has served more than four decades as chairman of the Enany Group, a consortium of over 100 businesses, which employs more than 3,000 people and has offices in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, France, Spain, Great Britain, and the United Arab Emirates.
A dedicated philanthropist, Hassan Enany founded the Prince Salman Center for Disability Research and funded the construction of a mosque on the coast of Jeddah in his home country of Saudi Arabia. In the United States, he helped establish an Islamic studies program at the Catholic University and a certified medical staff recruiter unit at Stanford University.
