How We Got Started | Gordon began teaching private music lessons in 1987 out of his Shoreline home. He transitioned to teaching at local music stores in Shoreline and even spent 10 years teaching lessons and managing music programs in Upstate New York. Recently, Gordon moved his teaching practice (formerly Kenmore Guitar Lessons) from the Kenmore area to the Eastmont neighborhood of Everett located really close to Silver Lake and Seattle Hill Road.

Favorite Part of the Business | I really enjoy teaching music but more than that, I especially take away a huge reward by helping people achieve their individual goals and aspirations in music. |
|
Customer Can Expect | Customers can expect an empathetic, student-oriented approach to teaching that really takes into account the interests, learning-approach, and traits of each student. Lessons are goal-oriented, structured yet flexible. Students can expect to receive weekly practice objectives and all lesson materials through Google Drive. Parents should expect to sit in lessons with their students as this is a requirement of mine for student safety and so that families are aware of what their student is learning and needs to practice. I do my best to maintain timely, clear communication and willing to follow up with students if they have questions or need further clarification on lesson topics we've covered. |
