In practice for over 20 years, Kelly is a Trial and Appellate Attorney who has collected millions of dollars for his clients. He has taken many verdicts in various Courts and venues throughout the United States. He is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, Washington, D.C. and the Federal Courts.
Mr. Kelly has tried and appealed complex high exposure cases including personal injury, medical malpractice, automobile crashes, workplace accidents, falls on property, scaffold collapses, ladder accidents, tripping accidents, harm from defective products, securities arbitration and mediation, injuries from prescription medications, nursing home and hospital negligence, injuries at vacation resorts and hotels, civil and constitutional rights violations, and a host of other kinds of cases where people get hurt.
Mr. Kelly has written, lectured and conducted seminars for Bar Associations and committees. He is a sought after speaker at civic functions, bringing together the law and the public.
