How We Got Started

I was overweight in 1992 and watched my father die slowly due to heart disease. I lost my weight, went back to school to become a personal trainer in 1996 and started Fit 'N' Well Personal Training Inc. in September of 1998.

Favorite Part of the Business

Helping people achieve their fitness goals can be quite empowering for me.

Customer Can Expect

We start with a free consultation to ensure the client and trainer are on the same page. We pride ourselves on our ethics. If at any time a client needs a refund because their life situation changes, they move or just don't want to train any more we refund for all sessions that weren't used.
