FCC – First Call Contractors is a licensed, general contracting home improvement company owned by Brian Edwards. FCC specializes in storm restoration and now guides homeowners through the insurance process and helps them restore their homes from storm damage. FCC focuses on exterior remodeling such as roofing, siding & gutters. Between the multiple members of the FCC team, there is a combined 20+ years of experience in the home improvement/storm restoration industry. We provide a personalized service that is second to none because we do not pass on each project between different members of our team. When a customer decides to use FCC, said customer will work with the same person throughout the entire process of having your home improvements done. We take pride in our customer service by treating each project we do as if the project was being performed on our own home. When there are catastrophic storms that cause damage to residential or commercial buildings, FCC helps the owner of the property by inspecting the property thoroughly. We do this by setting up a ladder and assessing all items that could have been damaged. FCC then does a digital analysis (video of the property) so the owner of the property can see the damages themselves prior to submitting a claim to their insurance company. If there isn’t sufficient damage the FCC representative will explain why the insurance carrier would not cover the items and advise against making a claim.
