For more than a decade, Jacqueline Redondo, M.D., has maintained Redondo Hand Center as a private Miami practice specializing in orthopaedic hand surgery. With treatments encompassing the hand, wrist, arm, and elbow, Dr. Jacqueline Redondo assists patients with issues such as deformity, disability, arthritis, trauma, and fractures. She also performs procedures such as arthroscopic surgery, endoscopic carpal tunnel release, and joint replacement.
Dr. Jacqueline Redondo earned her M.D. at the University of South Florida, subsequently undertaking a one-year internship with Tulane University’s Department of General Surgery. She then completed a four-year residency with Tulane’s Department of Orthopedic Surgery, rounding out her training with a fellowship in hand, microscopic, and reconstructive surgery at the University Of Miami.
Along with her friendly and qualified team of assistants, Dr. Jacqueline Redondo focuses on providing comprehensive care of the hands and upper extremities in comfortable and caring surroundings. She offers a wide range of diagnostic procedures at her office, including x-rays, bone density screening, arthrograms, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and nerve conduction velocity examinations. Dr. Redondo is distinguished as one of only 300 qualified female practitioners in her field nationwide.
In addition to her primary responsibilities, Jacqueline Redondo, M.D., has served as a Medical Assistant Program Professor with the MedVance Institute since 2006 and as a Clerical Rotation Professor with Ross University Medical School since 2008. A Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, she also serves as the Chairwoman of Surgical Park Center’s Department of Orthopaedics. Certified by The American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery in 2002, Dr. Redondo recently completed her Subspecialty Certification in Orthopaedic Surgery of the Hand.
