Based in Illinois, Dr. Andrew Zelby is a neurosurgeon with a private full neurological practice in Westchester. He has managed his practice since 2001, concentrating on conservative spine care and minimally invasive procedures when surgeries are necessary. Outside of his private practice, he serves as an attending neurosurgeon for several area hospitals, including LaGrange Memorial Hospital and Elmhurst Memorial Hospital. Dr. Andrew Zelby earned his MD from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, graduating with distinction before completing additional training at the Oklahoma Teaching Hospitals and Loyola Medical Center. He was chief resident for the Department of Neurosurgery at the Cook County Hospital in Chicago. He also taught at Loyola University as an assistant professor in the departments of neurological surgery and orthopedic surgery.
