Tri-State-area taxpayers are welcome to a face-to-face meeting with one of the company’s team members. If the customer is satisfied with the projected result obtained during this meeting, the tax return can be processed and filed that same week. The majority of the company’s customers are blue-collar workers and civil servants, like police officers, firefighters, and sanitation workers. It also provide tax services to professionals, such as doctors and lawyers, and works to educate all of its clients about tax law. In terms of charitable contributions, the company donates money every year to US Military and Catholic charities.
