As an office president of CRC Insurance Services, Inc.’s Property Practice Group, David Pagoumian draws on more than 27 years of industry experience. He began his career as a property broker and an assistant vice president at Tri-City Brokerage, Inc., where he structured admitted and surplus lines accounts for new and existing customers. David Pagoumian served in this role for six years, after which he advanced to become a senior vice president of NAPCO LLC. Effective in generating new accounts and strengthening existing relationships, Mr. Pagoumian accepted a promotion to president and chief operating officer after five years with NAPCO. He continued to exceed revenue goals while functioning as the lead client-care officer, a role that required him to communicate daily with clients, business partners, and investors. David Pagoumian became NAPCO’s CEO in 2008. Continuing to apply his highly developed communication skills, he collaborated with management to develop long-term strategies and goals for the company. After NAPCO’s acquisition by CRC Insurance Services in 2015, Mr. Pagoumian remained a member of the team and accepted his current duties. He remains committed to learning from his experience, cultivating professionalism, and forming relationships based on kindness and compassion.
