| How We Got Started |
| I grew up on a small tree farm where hard work was simply part of everyday life. Some of my earliest memories are riding in the tractor with my grandfather before sunrise, repairing fences, or working the tree tract. As I got older, I took on more responsibility - from operating heavy equipment to maintaining it. Those experiences taught me the value of taking pride in seeing a job through from start to finish. This continues to shape the way I approach work and challenges today. |
