How We Got Started
Chandee was founded by a Dutch-Thai couple, Dennis and Katai (Chananchida), who wanted to bring the authentic Vietnamese head spa experience to Bangkok. The name ''Chandee'' means ''I feel good'' in Thai and blends both founders' names. After discovering the transformative power of Vietnamese scalp therapy and sleep-focused massage, they opened Bangkok's first dedicated Sleep Salon in Silom, combining 17-step Vietnamese head spa techniques with Thai massage traditions under hand-painted starry ceilings. With 98% five-star reviews and fully booked head spa beds, Chandee expanded to a second branch on Sukhumvit 39 near BTS Phrom Phong.
