Operating under the direction of Harold Charles, its founding president and chief executive officer since 2003, Ceepco Contracting, LLC, provides a wide range of industrial and technical services to commercial and government organizations, both domestically and abroad. In addition to working with highly qualified subcontractors, Ceepco Contracting employs a large staff of licensed and certified engineers, management planners, carpenters, and craftsmen. Specialized teams also include public health planners, health education specialists, lead-abatement workers and supervisors, and asbestos building inspectors. Ceepco Contracting also supports a team of experienced LEEP AP and environmental scientists, who focus on engineering sustainability and help the firm manage environmental projects for federal agencies in compliance with legislation such as the Resource Conservation Recovery Act and the National Environmental Policy Act. Building upon its successful history of completing complex, multi-million-dollar construction and facilities management projects, Ceepco recently received a contract from the U.S. General Services Administration as part of the federal agency’s new Building Maintenance and Operations strategic sourcing solution.
