Jamie Yates, the owner of Cedar Creek Builders moved to Berkeley County in 1976. In 1989 he began working for a custom home builder. Yates began his own residential contracting company in 1993.Yates is an active member of the Eastern Panhandle HBA, having served on the board of directors for a number of years.
